Education Minister Hekia Parata today announced the appointments of Pauline Winter and Andrew McKenzie to the New Zealand Qualifications Authority Board. Ms Winter and Dr McKenzie will replace Shona Smith and Keith Taylor, whose terms have expired. “Pauline and Andrew bring with them extensive governance experience.
