Released 29 Jun 2012. The Treasury has released documents provided to Ministers by the Treasury as part of the Government's review of State sector agencies carried out in mid-2011. This information relates to the education sector and includes proposals to transfer work within Vote Employment from the Department of Labour to the Ministry of Education, and to merge the Education Review Office and the New Zealand Qualifications Authority into a single education quality assurance agency.
